Returns & Exchanges Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order. Please note that all returned items must be in original condition: unused, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in the original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number and details about the product you wish to return or exchange
  3. Explain the reason for your return or exchange
  4. Our team will email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions
  5. Package the item(s) securely with the original packaging and include the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package

Return & Exchange Request Template

Use the following template when emailing our customer service team:

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:

  • Opened food storage containers
  • Used kitchen utensils with signs of wear
  • Opened packages of disposable items
  • Personal care items
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear

Exchanges

We happily exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. If the item you want is not available, we will process a refund instead.

International Returns

For our international customers (excluding Asia and some remote territories):

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Customs fees and import duties are non-refundable
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returns. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without proof of delivery.
